Whether you are simply browsing or using this Site or purchase Services, your use of this Site and your electronic acceptance of this Agreement signifies that you have read, understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with the following policies, including the applicable product agreements, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Your use of this Site and the Services, including any content you submit, will comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.
You will not collect or harvest (or permit anyone else to collect or harvest) any User Content (as defined below) or any non-public or personally identifiable information about another User or any other person or entity without their express prior written consent.
You will not use this Site or the Services in a manner (as determined by Dollar2host in its sole and absolute discretion) that:
Is illegal, or promotes or encourages illegal activity;
Promotes, encourages or engages in child pornography or the exploitation of children;
Promotes, encourages or engages in terrorism, violence against people, animals, or property;
Promotes, encourages or engages in any spam or other unsolicited bulk email, or computer or network hacking or cracking;
Promotes, encourages or engages in the sale or distribution of prescription medication without a valid prescription;
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of another User or any other person or entity;
Violates the privacy or publicity rights of another User or any other person or entity, or breaches any duty of confidentiality that you owe to another User or any other person or entity;
Interferes with the operation of this Site or the Services found at this Site;
Contains or installs any viruses, worms, bugs, Trojan horses, Cryptocurrency Miners or other code, files or programs designed to, or capable of, using many resources, disrupting, damaging or limiting the functionality of any software or hardware; or
Contains false or deceptive language, or unsubstantiated or comparative claims, regarding Dollar2host or Dollar2host’s Services;
Embedding or uploading audio/video/high resolution images on website or linking to other websites that promotes audio/video/high resolution images
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any regulation or material that is perceived to be misleading.
Warez - This includes, but is not limited to, pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing and encrypting of any of the above. It also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
Games - We strictly do not allow to host any kind of games on our servers. Your hosting account would be immediately terminated if we found any gaming related stuff in your hosting account.
You will not copy or distribute in any medium any part of this Site or the Services, except where expressly authorized by Dollar2host.
You will not modify or alter any part of this Site or the Services found at this Site or any of its related technologies.
You will not access Dollar2host Content (as defined below) or User Content through any technology or means other than through this Site itself, or as Dollar2host may designate.
You agree to back-up all of your User Content so that you can access and use it when needed. Dollar2host does not warrant that it backs-up any Account or User Content, and you agree to accept as a risk the loss of any and all of your User Content.
You will not re-sell or provide the Services for a commercial purpose, including any of Dollar2host’s related technologies, without Dollar2host 's express prior written consent.
You agree to provide government-issued photo identification and/or government-issued business identification as required for verification of identity when requested.
Dollar2host reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of this Site or the Services, including without limitation prices and fees for the same, at any time
Unlimited Disk Space/Bandwidth/Website Plans. This means that we do not set a limit on the amount of bandwidth, websites or disk space you may use in the normal operation of a personal or small business website, provided it complies with this Agreement. However, in the event your service usage or content presents a risk to the stability, performance or uptime of our servers, data storage, networking or other infrastructure, you may be required to upgrade to a VPS, or we may take action to restrict the resources your website is utilizing.
Dollar2host does not set any specific limits on the amount of disk space a hosting subscriber can use for their website, nor does Dollar2host charge additional fees based on an increased amount of storage used, provided the hosting subscriber's use of storage complies with these Terms. Please note, however, that the Dollar2host service is designed to host websites. Dollar2host does NOT provide unlimited hosting for online storage, videos, images, audio, games, installers, executable files, backups, or archiving of electronic files, documents, log files, web spider or indexer, irc, torrent, file sharing, peer-to-peer activities, testing environment etc., and any such prohibited use of the Services will result in the termination of hosting subscriber's account, with or without notice. Accounts with an excessive database size (i.e., more than 1 GB) negatively affect the performance of the server. Dollar2host may request that the database size be reduced to ensure proper performance or may disable the Subscriber's account, with or without notice. Hosting subscriber's can create multiple databases however size of each database should not be more than 1 GB.
The space on the Shared hosting server can only be utilized for web files, and hosting a user's website. This space should not be used for media storage or for storing other data such as storing electronic files, saving website backup, FTP host or for demo purposes. We hold the right to inspect every shared hosting account for extra utilization of disk space, CPU and other resources that may be violated of this Agreement or the AUP.
Using a shared hosting account to resell web hosting to others is not allowed. Reseller hosting plans to be considered if you want to become our reseller.
Resellers must assure that each of its clients, follow this Agreement.
Resellers are completely responsible for supporting their clients including customer service, billing and technical support. We are not liable to provide support to Reseller Users. Any assistance needed for the client's issue must be reported by the reseller on the user's behalf.
Resellers are solely responsible for any content that is stored or transferred under their reseller account and the actions of their Users. We may hold any reseller responsible for any activity from their client's account that violates the law or this Agreement.
The Company retains the right to review our Reseller plan anytime necessary. Changes shall take place as posted publicly or at any later date as the Company can designate.
We may use certain third-party services, hardware, software and equipment and use it as a reseller or sub licensor.
We are not liable for any modifications to the Services that cause any Resold Products to become outdated, including improvements or adjustments that otherwise influence the output of the services.,
Any failure or defects of Resold services, whether sold, sub-licensed, or given to you by us, shall not be considered to be a violation of the Company's obligations under this Agreement.
Any rights or suggestion you may have concerning the possession, licensing, performance, or infringement of any Resold Product shall be limited to those rights which the manufacturer of such Resold Product extends to you.
No attempt shall be made to clone, change, reverse engineer, or tamper with or use any Resold Product other than in connection with the Services.
Run cron entries with intervals of less than fifteen (15) minutes.
Run any MySQL queries longer than thirty (30) seconds.
Use twenty-five percent (25%) or more of our system resources for longer than ninety (90) seconds at a time. Activities that could cause this excessive use, include but are not limited to: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.
The size of each mail box should not exceed 5GB and combined mail box size per domain should not exceed 50GB.

Backups are not included as part of any service. It is the customer's sole responsibility to make backups and save them elsewhere off server. Availability of server backups is not guaranteed and we are not responsible for loss of customer data. Customers are advised to make backups of the information they store on our servers on a regular basis. Our Control Panel provides tools that allow customers' to make data backups, download data, download backups, etc
Clients who have subscribed for paid backup service with shared and reseller hosting plans. For such clients, we take daily backup of database with retention period of 7 days. Website backup will be taken weekly with retention period of 1 day.
You as a Dollar2host User agree that in no case, Dollar2host can be held responsible for the loss of data in any circumstances.
Domain registration/renewal for domains we register on your behalf. Discounts or free promotions for domain registrations/renewals are extended during your hosting period with us only. Once your hosting account is cancelled or expires, if you choose to change domain registrars or hosting providers, the difference between the amount paid for your domain to us and the actual full cost for the domain at the full price since the original registration date is due before we will release the domain.
No refund is applicable once the domain is registered.
We will send you reminders to renew your domain one month before the expiry. For failure or delay in the renewal of a domain, we are not responsible. Once a domain is renewed no refunds will be given.
If the domain passes the renewal period and is available for restore, you will be communicated of the restore cost and you will be fully responsible to pay it in order to get the domain activated.
Any service interruptions or downtime due to scheduled maintenance by Dollar2host or our network providers will not count towards the uptime guarantee.
Dollar2host is not liable in any way for failure of third party services.
Dollar2host will not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of, interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies or power used in or equipment needed for provision of the Services.
Dollar2host reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service. Violation of any of Dollar2host’s Rules and Regulations could result in a warning, suspension, or possible account termination. Accounts may be terminated for any or no reason at all without any prior notice to the customer. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
Defamatory speech distributed over the Internet can result in civil liability for the defamer.
This Site and the Services found at this Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Dollar2host. Dollar2host assumes no responsibility for the content, terms and conditions, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. In addition, Dollar2host does not censor or edit the content of any third-party websites. By using this Site or the Services found at this Site, you expressly release Dollar2host from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website. Accordingly, Dollar2host encourages you to be aware when you leave this Site or the Services found at this Site and to review the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and other governing documents of each other website that you may visit.
Dollar2host reserves the right to cease offering or providing any of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice. Although Dollar2host makes great effort to maximize the lifespan of all its Services, there are times when a Service we offer will be discontinued or reach its End-of-Life ("EOL"). If that is the case, that product or service will no longer be supported by Dollar2host, in any way, effective on the EOL date.
No Liability. Dollar2host will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any of the Services we may offer or facilitate access to.
By purchasing our Services, you agree to provide correct and full payment related information (including information required for tax exemptions, such as VAT/GST number). Any claims or requests will be handled only if they are provided not later than within 30 days of the date of purchase.
All payments after the first 30 days of service to Dollar2host.com are nonrefundable regardless of reason or usage. Any incorrect, overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the charge occurred. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer/Paypal that, at Dollar2host.com’s sole discretion is a valid charge under the provisions of the TOS, you agree to pay Dollar2host.com an "Administrative Fee" of $125 per dispute.
If you use automatic payments, you will always need to have one payment method that's designated as a primary. You can also add a backup payment method to your account that will be used if your primary payment method does not work for some reason. In case your primary method does not work, we will automatically charge your costs to your backup payment method in order to ensure that your Services keep running.
You agree to pay any and all prices and fees due for Services purchased or obtained at this Site at the time you order the Services. All prices and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly noted in the Refund Policy section below, even if your Services are suspended, terminated, or transferred prior to the end of the Services term.Dollar2host expressly reserves the right to change or modify its prices and fees at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be posted online at this Site and effective immediately without need for further notice to you.
If you have purchased or obtained Services for a period of months or years, changes or modifications in prices and fees shall be effective when the Services in question come up for renewal as described.
The automatic renewal option automatically renews the applicable Service for a renewal period equal in time to the most recent service period, except for domain names which will renew for the original service period. For example, for products other than domains, if your last service period is for one year, your renewal period will be for one year. If you wish to change the billing cycle for any service it needs to be requested 15 days before the next renewal date.
Hosting Services will continue to renew until it is been requested for cancellation. If you do not wish to renew your hosting services you must cancel your account by placing a ticket to us at: https://www.dollar2host.com/clients/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=2 Please make sure that all pending invoices should be cleared in full before applying for cancellation.
Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least 15 business days prior to the end of the current service period.
If an account renewal invoice of an active account remains unpaid for successive 5 days from the renewal period a late fee of $5 may be charged. If an account is overdue for over a month a reactivation fees of $24.75 will apply.
The thirty (30) day money-back guarantee is valid for credit-card payments only. Due to the costs associated with processing payments made by other methods, we are not able to offer the thirty (30) day money-back guarantee for other payment methods.
In case you have made any overpayments to your account by choice or otherwise they shall be added as service credits to your billing account and can be used for future renewals or new service registrations. These are not subject to refunds.
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors and assigns.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
Dollar2host makes no representation or warranty that the content available on this Site or the Services found at this Site are appropriate in every country or jurisdiction, and access to this Site or the Services found at this Site from countries or jurisdictions where its content is illegal is prohibited. Users who choose to access this Site or the Services found at this Site are responsible for compliance with all local laws, rules and regulations.
